Santa Ponsa I - 6717 yards par 72 - Opened in 1977, this mature course has hosted the Balearic Open six times. It has wide fairways set amongst beautiful open countryside with olive and almond trees. It can play long off some tees and has one of the longest par five's in Europe at 560 meters. Always in good condition this is a enjoyable course for all golfers.

Golf de Poniente - 7073 yards par 72 - A challenging course that has a reputation for its great condition. There are mixture of wide and narrow fairways, ravines, water and some undulating greens. It can be a tough course with the hazards all well placed and plenty of pine groves to catch the wayward. One of the best courses on the island and worth playing.

Bendinat - 6215 yards par 70 - Designed by Martin Hawtree this attractive layout is set in a wide valley full of pine trees. A good mixture of hole design with doglegs and small greens it is a good test. Always well maintained, the undulating fairways offer chances to go for bold shots into the greens that are quick and sometimes small. With good views down to the sea on some holes it makes for enjoyable golfing.

Son Vida - 6314 yards par 72 - One of the oldest courses on Mallorca, it has recently been renovated and is now back to its best. Although not long it tests accuracy and placement off the tee with well placed bunkers and two lakes on the back nine. The front nine is slightly undulating through pine trees whilst the back nine is more open. Set in the hills near to Palma it offers great scenery of the Sierra Tramuntana and Palma Bay.

Son Antem 1 and 2 - East 6957 yards par 72 - West 7196 yards par 72 - Set in a resort these are two excellent courses. The East course is set in an old game reserve, is relatively flat with wide fairways surrounded by woodland. There is also some water for added protection. The newer West course offers championship standard golf and is more undulating with elevated greens. It is sure to become one of the best courses on the island. With these two contrasting courses it makes this one of the best golf destinations on the island.

Son Termens - 5768 yards par 72 - This is one of the most tranquil courses on the island. Set in the ground of an old hunting estate it has partridges and eagles in abundance. Set in a gently rolling landscape with wide fairways it is not the most exacting of courses but it is enjoyable and playable. For a quiet round of golf out of sight of any buildings this is the place to play. Well worth a visit.

Vall D'Or - 6143 yards par 71 - Set in countryside on the East coast of the island this is a fabulous course. The front nine goes through gullies, olive, almond and pine trees. The greens are small and very well protected by bunkers. The back nine is slightly more hilly and heads for the coast. A course that will test all of your game especially the short game. Worth playing.

Canyamel - 6143 yards par 71 - An interesting and challenging course. Pepe Gancedo has used the natural contours of the terrain and even an old farmhouse on the ninth as an unusual hazard. Always in good condition this course has some original dry stone walls that come into play adjacent to many of the fairways. This is an unusual course well worth playing.
